At Shelly’s Bar Restaurant, part of Bluewater Resort on the NSW Central Coast, our function co-ordinators have lots of wonderful ideas, skills and expertise to put together your special day with flair.

Bluewater Resort is a trendy and uniquely designed facility on the Central Coast, perfect as your wedding or function venue. We have convenient on site accommodation for you and your out of town guests. We are also within close proximity to many churches and pretty coastal areas perfect for your ceremony and photographs. Our Balinese inspired design and modern Australian / Asian cuisine is winning many accolades.

Wedding Menu Packages

Important Wedding Information and Policies

We are delighted to have this opportunity to present our wedding services to you. It is important to us that your function is a success and we take pride in our professionalism. In order for the event to run as smoothly as possible, we draw your attention to the following policies:

  • Your wedding day will be professionally catered for in our brand new function room which can seat up to 90-100 guests which can be held on Friday, Saturday nights and Sundays. We also can do lunchtime weddings.
  • We also offer a very special atmosphere if you are wanting to get married on site and can recommend a wonderful marriage celebrant
  • Choosing your menu: We are happy to assist you in your choice of menu and ask for at least 14 days notice to allow us time to prepare for your requirements. Please see our menu packages for menu options.
  • Guaranteed numbers for the Function: To ensure maximum efficiency in the preparation of your wedding, we request you guarantee the minimum numbers of guests attending at least five full working days prior to the date of the event.
  • Confirmation of Booking: Confirmations of bookings must be made in writing, together with the requested non-refundable 10% deposit, within 28 days of the original reservation. Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and reallocate the facility if the above conditions are not met.
  • Cancellations: If your function is cancelled, the following conditions will apply:
    Notice of 15 days or more:- due to the costs already incurred at this stage we regret we are unable to return your deposit but will return all other monies paid.
    Notice of 14 days or less:- due to the costs already incurred we cannot refund your deposit nor monies paid for food. If drinks have been prepaid we may be able to refund drinks packages. If you have booked rooms, your deposit cannot be returned however we can refund pre-paid rooms if we are successful in reallocation.
  • Security: Shelly’s has a number of fully-operational on-site security cameras and management will be pleased to discuss any other security measures.
